Processing time

Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

Tracking your order

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.

If tracking has not moved in more than five business days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can correct it before dispatch, but once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.

We can deliver to apartments, workplaces and PO boxes. If nobody is in, the carrier will follow their standard procedure, usually a safe place, a neighbour, or a redelivery card.

International orders

Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the price you pay us and we cannot estimate them in advance.

If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the item cost but not the original shipping.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking says delivered but the parcel is not there, check around the property and with neighbours, then give it 24 hours since carriers sometimes scan early.
